I've been happily ripping away with the divx 5 codec, but i've had a problem: a file that I created (and have now tried creating twice) runs in Media Player (and other players, like power divx) with poor resolution and strangely bad color depth. In editing programs like Virtualdub, it looks life. also, in the Divx player that comes with the 5.0 codec, it runs fine. However, every OTHER movie I run with the Divx play has out of sync audio, every one except this one file. The way it looks in media player (low color depth+poor resolution) is how Divx 4 and 5 files often look for me for just a second in Media Player before "snapping" to the right resolution etc. I'm totally puzzled. Any help would be much appreciated.
