Flipvertical should be Flipvertical()

I tested it out before this post and it increased my speed from 0.322 to a whopping 0.329! Of course I'm using "Safe Mode", Bicubic resize, and TS, but I left my computer alone during both trials, and the () definately makes it (slightly) faster.
