disturbed1 - mpgXmps... can you help with this?

Well for some reason when I do conversion of original mpeg file (created with DVD2SVCD) to mps using all default options of mpgXmps I get audio sync problems, it's little lagging behind video. In original mpeg I don't have that problem. Do you know solution to this man? Cause I'm out of ideas and knowledge on how this tool works and why I get that audio sync problem.
