@DVD2SVCD updating to build 4 question

Since I did not need any of the fixes/updates from build 1 to build 3 I did not upgrade. Now when I go to upgrade to build 4 can I upgrade from my build 1 or do I need to upgrade to build 3 and then upgrade to build 4?

I assume I should be able to just go to build 4 since it is replacing the exe file, but I want to make sure.

Also what does not creating the xml file give you? I don't remember anything specific about it

These updates are cumulative from 1.0.7 build 1 (might wanna add that to the newbie faq) I wasn't sure myself at first.
If it wasn't then people would be clamoring for 1.0.7 build 2 update now wouldn't they.

I put this in the newbie reference
"Include XML on CD - vcdxbuild uses this file to create chapter points,etc. Useful for reference. "

before it was always included on your cd \EXTRA\DVD2SVCD.XML
now you can opt out having it put on your cd...no biggie either way.
