I burned a vcd with Nero.
Nero checked the file and found it ok.
But it won't run. Neither with a Hollywood+ decoder nor a software player. It's not the hard- or software because other VCD's run fine.
Video:
Mpeg1; data rate 170,22 kb/sec average; 352x240; pixel depth 0; frame rate 29,97;
audio:
44.100hz 16 bit stereo.
I used the standard Nero settings, did not change anything.
The only thing I can think of is that Nero checked PAL (what I use) and 29,97 is a NTSC standard.
Any suggestions?
enigma is cleared up; as it turned out it was not the framerate but i left the cdi option checked. Costed me 3 cd' though :mad:
