1) If I make one chapter for test all is ok. I can burn and see on my standalone.
2) If I make the entire movie Nero blocks telling me "No DAO mode supported", it is not true of cours. Two times, already

My pc:
PIII 600 MHz/WIN 2000/Nero 5.5.7.8 with Overburning ON, DAO Mode)/Pioneer A03 Burner.
Standalone is Pioneer 525 (No subtitles possible)
Any suggestion or similar experience?

Use VCDEasy 1.08 as a frontend for CDRDAO (a command line burning program). You can download it from Doom9 with all of the external programs. You are using it in this case not for authoring, only for burning.

In the settings for VCDEasy enable CDRDAO integration and ASPI tools.

On the bottom check to see if ASPI is valid. If not download ForceASPI.

In the settings for CDRDAO make sure you have selected your burner and the appropriate driver (usually generic-mmc), force execution, allow overburn, eject CD. Select speed. I prefer 6x but most people burn at 4x.

You can also try Downloading Deamon TOols and then loading the cue file in to that then go to nero and burn. Seems to work more often then if you just use nero as the stand alone burner software.

I have did exactly what you suggest. I have no more ideas. It sounds unbelivable that I can burn only one chapter.
If I try with two, I got the Nero error: unable to burn in DAO mode. Is it Over?
Anybody out there was able to use Nero?In such a case please send me some more info.

BTW, I get the same error when I try to burn a TSCV file image. Any Ideas?

Have you tried VCDeasy as was suggested earlier?

Let us know if this method works for you. DO NOT USE NERO TO BURN A BIN/CUE of a SVCD.

Make sure your cue/bin files are not corrupt. Myself I use Fantom CD to burn all my stuff and like Markrb has stated you could try "VCDeasy" since it's free. Also you never meantioned what speed you are trying to burn at, if its faster then 4x try going down to that speed. Keep us posted.
