I have never been able to get a good quality rip with dvd2svcd. Using either the tmpenc or the CCE. Everything goes great but final product has so much blockiness and noise it is not acceptable to watch. I have read countless numbers of forum threads but can't seem to fix this problem. Am I doing something wrong? I am testing with 3 minute clips from different DVD's so the bitrates should be fine. I have alternated field orders, always do 4 pass in CCE. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

you haven't read the forum rules, have you? next time, please use a different subject.
you haven't read gerti's post about how to post a question either, because you're giving us almost nothing to go on.
come back with all relevant info, will you?
until then :)
