View Full Version : Resample audio incorrectly put in avs

I've just upgraded to an Athlon, from a P3 and find that
CCE hangs on startup with DVD2SVCD. I've tracked this
down the fact ResampleAudio(44100) is placed in the avs
file even if 48K>44K is not selected. Even though
audio2 is grayed out, its 48K>44K box is checked.
The workaround for this is to select audio2 uncheck
48K>44K then uncheck audio2. I've had it working
before without doing this thing to audio2 so maybe
the check box is not clearing properly when you select
and deselect. It short, there's something iffy about
the code that puts the resample audio line in the avs
which means it won't run on AMD.
I'm also finding that DVD2SVCD is producing the second
disk too large to burn, but its ok if you turn off
the overlap setting in bbmpeg.

I have posted these to the bugs address but thought I'd
mention the workarounds I've found pending a fix.

Cheers,

J.

This is the second time you say something that is DEAD WRONG! ResampleAudio(44100) is infact a a fix for Athlon computers.

I sure hope you state these false posts because you don't know anybetter, but if you do this for fun, then stop it.

sukerman,

What a perfect example of the "height of arrogance" combining with "not enough knowledge of the subject" on which you are attempting to expound on.
