Dolby Surround on svcd

Wich program should I use to downmix a DD ac3-stream to Dolby Surround, except dvd2avi.
Can I use Besweet, how do I do it?

Can you give me the settings for downmixing 5.1 ac3 to Dolby Surround, either in Headac3e(I downloadet it before your reply) or in Besweet?

i could only help you with BeSweet.
the command should be something in the form of :
BeSweet.exe -core( -input input.ac3 -output output.mp2 -logfile "BeSweet.log" ) -ota( -g max ) -azid( -n1 -s surround -L -3db ) -2lame( -m s -b 128 -e )
