the matrix and gknot

i have tried to rip this movie with gknot about 10 times with no success folowing the guide and using divx4
the high action scenes repeats itself after ripping it with smartripper
can anybody help

Sounds like you used Files mode or Backup mode.
You must use Movie mode.

I just ripped and encoded The Matrix with Gordian knot + DivX4 without any problems. I think The Matrix + SmartRipper isn't a good choise, I used vstrip (Ok, had to spend a couple of minutes learning it, I too use SmartRipper usually).

I'm pretty happy with the result, 640x256 DivX4 + 160 kbps audio on a 800 Mb (90 min) CD.
