How to use Philips conformance test?

I want to test if my standalone system plays mpeg multchannel 5.1,
but how do I burn a svcd with the test streams in the folder mpeg-2 on the link above.

Sorry for the newbie question.

By the way it is in my Dvd spec. and my recievers spec. to play mpeg multichannel.
