I just reformated earlier this week and now every divx I play now the audio stutters. I'm using the following:

P3 800
416mb PC100 ram
SBLIVE 5.1
ATI Rager Fury Pro 32mb AGP/TV Out
Win XP Pro

Any ideas? I've gotten the latest drivers for the sound card but it didn't help, the audio is still stuttering. It happens on both DivX 3.11 and DivX 4.x DivX files, in all players (WMP 6.4&7.1, BSPlayer, PowerDivX NextGen), even on the ones wich I know play perfectly.

Are you using AC3 audio or MP3? When installing Divx3, don't forget to run the "Run Me First" executable. AFAIK it installs the Radium MP3 playback codec for MP3. If your issues are with AC3, the issue could be any thing. Have you tried using Direct Sound as the audio device instead of WaveOut? Again, if it's AC3 that's stuttering then I'd advise you to take a look at my AC3/SPDIF FAQ...link is in the sig.

I do have the AC3 codec installed and I did switch the audio device from waveout to directsound using the intervideo audio decoder. Thx for the help.
