menu and movie on one DVD

Damn what ever i try i cant get the movie and one sub whit the original menu on a dvd. if i follow the guides it wont work i know i'm doing something wrong because it must work :(. I want to ask you guys can you please tell me step by step how to get that shit working :). its killing me for days now.

@Derrow. I tried this guide with fast and the furious and it played titles 1 14 17 30 and one other and i checked and those titles were listed in vts_01, _02, _06, _08 i think again, either way i did that` part right and i kept the right ones and then i put in 0kb VTS_0x for everything i took out and got VTS Sectors and then played using Ifo edit and it played just how i wanted it to. so i burned and it doesnt get past the FBI warning any ideas? thanks
