problem to make an attechment!!

hi
its the first time i want to make an attechment but it don`t work

in the postedit page(didnt know the right word for it, hope you get what i mean)i selected my .zip file and posted.but i didn`t show up in the post tried several times but its the same
what did i wrong some configurations in my "user cp" maybe?

Attachments must be approved by a moderator before posting, so it has to be reviewed before anyone else can see it. This is to prevent posting warez, crackz, ect.

know i understand but how do this work?
means it i have to load it up and wait till a moderator has checked it?
or first send to a moderator?

you upload it, then once the responsible forum moderator (if there's one) gets around to review the attachments and he sees no offending material he'll okay the attachment and from then on it shows up in your posts, before that only you can see it by editing the post. If there's no forum mod a super mod will take care of it
