dual audio avi

I have a divx movie with a secondary audio stream. It plays fine in radlight and bsplayer and I can choose which stream to listen to, but I can't find a way to extract the secondary stream into a wav file. I tried with nandub setting the primary stream to no audio, and secondary to avi audio, and then saving the avi. It produced an avi file that contained a stream (judging by it's size), but it was not accessible by any of the above mentioned software

Any ideas?
