Ok, I've been busy DivX'ing my anime movies, and just about all of them have both the japanese original audio and an english dub. I'm using Gordian Knot (v0.23) to rip and encode (using DivX4).

If I MUX two MP3 streams into the video-stream I get problems...

When I play the finished DivX in MS Media Player I only get Audio Stream 1 (the english stream), and if I use The Playa (sucky sucky) or BSPlayer (sweet!) I get BOTH streams on top of each other (and no way of turning off one or the other).

What am I doing wrong, and how do I fix it?

Interesting, normally it should be the other way 'round. WMP normally plays both audio streams at the same time if you haven't installed the Morgan Stream Switcher (a tool to switch audio streams in WMP, btw. you might want to try this one) and BSPlayer lets you select the streams.
How did you mux them?

I used the encoding-dialog in GK to MUX two MP3s into the video stream, and that resulted in ONE audio-stream... Now I do the audio/video merging manually in Nandub, and that works... Now I get two separate audio-streams that I can switch between in BSPlayer and I have also installed the audiofilter pack (Morgan Stream Switcher).
