Which Media Is The Most Reliable ?

can anybody tell me please which is the most reliable media to back up my dvd movies, i have tried the datasafe one but it seams to run slowly or even freeze.

Kodak Ultima Gold
...if yon can grab it, get it!

Cheers for the reply,yes i agree with you that the kodak gold is good, along with the verbatim of course,but what i want to know is a reliable dvdr media for backing up my dvd movies.
Any ideas??? :)
