Btw, how long it takes time to mux 2 hours movie ?

Took me about 5 mins for a 20 min long thing with 2 audio streams and subtitles.

Without using subtitles, it usually takes GE about 5 minutes to mux 1 Ogg Vorbis stream into a 2hr movie. Your performance may vary however. My system has multiple 7200RPM drives with tons of RAM and dual 850 CPUs.

If I were to guess, the performance bottleneck would be the hard drive. Status bar doesn't work in GE so just wait until the play button lights again and this indicates it's finished.

this processes suffer by low-absent internal caching
especially in "File writer" DirectShow filter

Yes when it comes to MUXing your hard disk will indeed be the bottleneck. MUXing is not overly CPU intensive. And your RAM can run rings around your HD. Some nice RAID striping should cut down on your time and put more load on your CPU. ;)
