Has anyone heard of, or used this
dvdcopypro ?http://www.dvdcopypro.com
Personally, I find it a crock of shit, and odnt believe that you can copy a DVD to a normal CDR without some kind of conversion. I mean the size for a start is one thing. I dont want to buy it to see if its legit ?
Has anyone tryed it ? or is it just a crock ? or know of a crax0red version that is out ? any help or feedback would be mint,

I don't know this app, but from the description I strongly suppose this is just a DVD->VCD utility. It says it burns CDRs that can be watched on a standalone, so this is pretty obvious.

Just to save people trekking over to the website (quotes taken from their FAQ) Q: Can DVD copies be played on a standard DVD Player? A: Most DVD copies can be played on a standard DVD Player, provided the DVD Player supports Video CD (VCD).

How long would it take to burn a cd then ? like 10 hours ?
cos it would have to convert it to VCD then burn it..which would definately not take the usual amount of time to burn a cd ?

If anybody even considers clicking the link to http://www.dvdcopypro.com then they have obviously never read Doom9's site or guides and in my opinion if you post about it, it's a newbies crime worthy of a spammers death.

@ tHcnunz
You might have read guides and so on....
...but what about reading the
real basics (http://doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) before posting ?

@tHcnunz
You're quite new to this forum, so you might not know it (although you should, because you should have read the forum rules before posting) but this is no place where you earn respect by insulting other people with explicit language but rather get everyone to not answer any of your questions again.
When you get a reply that is not to your liking, if you feel you have to respond to it (at all), stay nice or at least make up something funny.
I know there are forums where you can read some "friendly" expressions in nearly every post, but this one is not like that and that's one thing I really like.

I have to admit, bugz is one of my favorite members of this forum, always funny, sarcastic, interesting, and to the point.
@Sibe: I too enjoy the tone if this forum no matter what end I'm on.
cheers!

Well Im afraid when someone thinks they are so "l33t" by replying with something like this
If anybody even considers clicking the link to http://www.dvdcopypro.com then they have obviously never read Doom9's site or guides and in my opinion if you post about it, it's a newbies crime worthy of a spammers death
then they deserve to get flamed..IM sorry I used offensive language, but I was only asking a question. I wasnt asking "whos the most el33t here" I was just wondering if anyone had actually used the program. I wil definately think twice about asking a question next time, at least some ppl can answer my question for me without making a big spiel about "Newbie, Lamers' blah blah blah
