I'm trying to copy just small portions of a DVD. I'm doing a single chapter and the trailer. While working with the trailer, I can get a decent quality AVI. But I have to edit some of it out. I can edit the 1st part ok. This is from the beginning of the clip. But when try to get the second part, I get no audio. How do I resync the audio from the middle of the clip?

Will keyframes effect audio sync? I need to edit out stuff that doesn't line up with the keyframes. Do they have to?

I pretty new at this so I don't know what info I need to provide or if I'm even asking the right questions.

Thanks

Steve

I think that you are using VirtualDub to cut your divx. You should try it with NanDub, that would work better.

Yes I used g-knot to create the divx and then v-dub to cut it up. I'll try NanDub and see what happens.

Thanks.
