Quick question if the sound has a -66ms delay does that mean I would have to make the subtitles on the movie have a -66ms delay as well or just the sound to synch with the movie? I made two clips and I couldn't really tell because it was an anime and it's kinda hard to tell.

66ms is such a small difference that you wouldn't even notice it. I just delay the audio and leave subtitiles as they are...

Yeah that is what I decided to do with that one.

I also have another sound track that has a 564ms delay but are the subtitles even effected by the delay in the audio because the audio just gets adjusted to its rightful position by going into the interleave in option and delaying the audio track by so many milliseconds right? My question is do subtitles have anything to do with the delay in the audio if the audio just gets adjusted?

Btw I am using nandub with vobsub 2.09 if it matters

Well... To be honest I'm not sure here.
I guess that subtitiles are more likely synchronized with the image itself than with the audio (I'm mean TIME).
The only thing I can tell you is to try. Just see if they're synchronized or not.
