I was able to make a DVD using DVD2SDVD but when watching the movie the Cinema Craft Encoder logo is on the movie and doesn't leave. Is there anything I can do to remove it?

Yes, you have to buy the full version. The trial version is perfectly functional but displays that logo. Then there are always the people with no scruples who use things like morpheus to get pirated copies.
