Delay ogg audio

Is there a way to delay an Ogg audio track,when muxing with Avi in
Graph edit?
Can´t open Ogg in Nandub.

you don't mux into avi.. you mux into an ogg media stream. vorbis audio in avi = seeking problems which you'll never get rid of. and the delay for ogg media streams is properly explained in my ogg guides

I'm using a version of HeadAC3he that supports delay function as your talking about. I think D A will be making it public soon since it seems to work flawlessly;)
