1 LBA = 2048b. How do I use it for timeconversion?

I'm trying to calculate the time to LBA.
(I'm using vstrip.)

I somehow came up with that 1 sek would be about 300LBA but it doesn't really work. :confused:

If I need the LBA for, lets say, 52min 13sek. How should I count?
