Hehe..like I told you earlier Yosemite, this is a bad idea unless your not concerned with quality.

ok, then a program (similar to BeSweet) which converts first the MP3 to WAV and then the WAV to OGG.
Is there any prog for that?

There is no Besweet kinda utilty for transcoding MP3 to Ogg but you can use Lame to decode and use Oggenc commandline utilty to encode the wav file to Vorbis, but I still don't understand why you want to all this? Transcoding is a BAD thing!

well ;)
then tell me, how I can convert all my MP3's into Ogg without that ;)

you cannot convert a compressed format to another compressed format without loss of quality so it's best if you just forget about the idea and only use ogg for new sources (ac3)

BeSweet v1.2 does a direct conversion from mp3 to ogg. just wait for the v1.2 release.

@DSPguru
While that is a very cool feature, I don't understand why one would do this. What would you gain by doing this? AFAIK you only have quality losses doing this. Can you enlighten me;)

Well, you could transcode a 128 kbps MP3 to a 64 kbps Vorbis ... probably without big loss of quality ;) , and such create a dual language AVI from two old AVIs with different languages ...

@MaTTeR
this is simply a by-product of all other BeSweet features (mp3 input, ogg output).
there are tons of end-to-end features offered by BeSweet that i wouldn't use, but other users find useful - 5.1Ogg for example ;).

Ok, so now it makes a little sense to me;)
5.1Ogg for example
So does this mean you will be supporting 5.1 Ogg in an upcoming version? Very cool:)

v1.2 is ready for almost a week, just didn't have time to pack a release version and publish it...

You can use a program called dbpoweramp http://www.dbpoweramp.com and then download in the main program and the ogg vorbis codec.
After installing the program you can right click on the mp3 file, select convert to and choose the ogg codec.

You can use my encode example from http://www.stud.fernuni-hagen.de/q504545 (it's a small command line utility which converts everything (that DS can read) to ogg. You need to install the filters first.

I should've posted this earlier but I forget about the program:
winLAME( http://winlame.sourceforge.net ) can do direct MP3 to Ogg conversion without intermediate files. The OggMachine can do this, too. But IMO The OggMachine isn't really meant for such simple tasks ;). winLAME looks nicer and is easier to use for newbies.
I recommend using The OggMachine for DVD Ripping and for simple conversions to Ogg use winLAME.
