Hi !

I've a lot of media in avi, or mpeg1, or mpeg2 and i want to play them in maestro,

what's the best demux tools i can use to prepare them to the authoring with maestro ?

this one's nice and easy - just download any version of TMPGEnc, and use the "MPEG Tools" (it's under the "File" menu at the top left of the TMPGEnc GUI). In MPEG tools you will find a "Simple Demultiplex" option - piece of cake, huh?!

P.S. the multiplexer is also excellent on TMPGEnc, and the MPEG tools will even let you perform a simple "merge" too. Hori San's a bit of a cool dude in my humble opinion!
