hi to everybody
i have a serious problem and i would be much obliged if someone could help me
I rip the subs from a dvd in .srt format
i convert them to stl format
and import them to dvdmaestro
But no luck when i compile
NO subtitles at all when i test the vobs
What i am doing wrong
i have tried and other methods like maestro SBT but no luck again
Do i have to make any adjustments to the subs or what?
I am desperate and pretty annoyed with all these trys going wrong
I even try streamweaver but i don't know how t ohandle the subs and it crashes when i import them
Please help and reply

look at this thread, I use the OCR method and it works fine for me I just need to find out how to globaly change the color of the sub title rather than having to change eachindividual one.

Thanks for replying
I saw your thread recommendation but still no luck
i import the stl file in the timeline i compile the movie and again no subtitles when i preview the movie on power dvd no subtitles
i forgot to mention that i make NO menu at all is it any importatnt
About the global change just select one of the subs and then go to the dit and select edit all i think it works!
i really a small guide from someone who really managed to put subs in a dvd compiled by maestro(by the way if he done it in streamweaver it would should be just fine)
i am waiting please guys help me
i am trying for about a week and no chance
