Is there a way to get the delay value used in "interleaving" out auf a finshed .avi?
just to make sure I didn't forget that when adding the mp3 to the soundless .avi...

TIA

Hi-None that know of.

But I'm not positive I understand the question. Did you make the .avi yourself? And make the MP3 from the AC3 off a DVD? Then generally the AC3 has the delay value in the title. Or check the INFO file that was given to you if you used Smart Ripper.

If you have neither of those, then just mux it in with 0 delay. Often the delay is too small to hear the difference. And next time write it down so you don't forget.

arg dammit ;) can someone move this to
Nandub Basics...

yeah i know the delay is in the filename and u have to
enter that value at the "Interleaving" section

i wanted to know if there is way to check if I did so after
the avi with sound is finished ?

Guess I didn't quite understand the question. I repeat-no way to check that I know of. If you're not sure you put in the delay, and you still have the mp3 on the side, mux it in again with the correct delay value.

If you don't still have the mp3 on the side, strip it out of the .avi and mux it back in.
