Complete CCE tutorial.........

i'm looking for an end-to-end how-to to rip a dvd whose movie is larger than 4.3, reduce size using CCE and author with menu's.

i've looked through the posts and can find fragments of the process, but was wondering if anyone knew of a link to a complete guide.

I really don't think you're going to find a single guide to cover so many aspects of authoring, because each aspect is actually a lot bigger than you might imagine, and ideas on the best methods for each, are being updated (through this forum, for example) so regularly, that a single guide would also have to be updated rediculously often to keep up.
