Ok this is what I did, I followed the guide to making a LOTR dvd made by Nkarnold. Now I dont have DVDMaestro so I didnt use it obviously. But here is what I did:
1. Demuxed the files one by one with TPMG so that I had 4 audio and 4 video files for LOTR.
2. Resampled each of the audio files to 48000 and renamed them to .mpa to work with Spruceup
3. Used DVD patcher on each of the video .mv2 files with these settings:
Bitrate - 2450000
Size - 352x480
Set to First Header Only as well
4. Loaded each of the 4 files into Spruceup, they loaded fine and the audio worked perfectly. The video on the preview section looked great.
NOW here is the problem.....I burned it onto a DVD-RW and tried it in both my computer and my standalone. They both worked fine, BUT the video is completely offcenter AND it is soo jerky its unwatchable. So my two questions are, why is the video off center and why is it jerky? Any help would be appreciated.
PS Im using a NTSC TV.
