I just processed Clueless which is 94 min in length. After the bbMPEG, I have 2 muxed files 0=794M, 1=796M. After the bin/cue files are created, the 2nd will not burn, even with over burning on. I get the following message:

WARNING: Length of toc (80:01:69, 360144 blocks) exceeds capacity of CD-R (79:57:74, 359849 blocks).

What parameter do I need to change so that my CD image will not exceed capacity?

Thanks for your help

I don't recall if cdrwin will let you overburn. Plus it depends on your cd burner if it will allow overburning. If you have nero 5 you can set it to overburn and burn your bin file. You can do that by opening Nero. Under file there is Burn image select that. then select show all files at the bottom. Select your bin file. then set it to burn in mode 2 and check all the boxes. Then burn. See if that will let you overburn. I have better luck burning with nero than cdrwin. HTH :)
