Vob2Audio problems

I'm having problems even RUNNING Vob2Audio, I get an illegal operation error, each time I start it up, so I think I need the Dlls, that are required for it, that I may not have. They're not on Doom9's site, and the homepage for Vob2Audio is 404. If anyone can link me to the Dlls, it'd be a great help. Having LOTS of problems with DVD 3 of Neon Genesis Evangelion, and I'm trying to convert the audio and video seperatly, since Flask, and DVDx have problems converting it. But everything I've tried either dosen't work on my computer, or preforms illegal operations somewhere, that makes using it impossible.

Specs:

Win98 Second Edition
AMD-K62 333
192 Ram
10 + 6 Gig HD

I can't see why I"m having problems, I've converted many things before, this is the only thing I'm having problems with.

use Graphedit, is a little bit more complicated
but with the same effect :) !!!
