Can anyone help I got DVD2SVCD up and running last night but it would not find the vinfo-open file in the correct directory ,telling me the encoder was not correct
the exact words are
Vinfo_open()failed***could not open file{D:\steps\CCE_video_informationfile.vaf}***the system can not find the file specified
(window error code 0x2.2)
