You will not be able to use Cinema Craft encoder or Tmpgenc. The system requirments are:

Pentium 3 Processor

128megs of ram but wont run very well you should have atleast 256mb of ram.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Tmpgenc system requirements: Pentium 3 500mhz or higher

64mb of ram

100mb free space

as stated on the www.tmpgenc.net site, slower cpu's MIGHT work.

Well i'd like to see someone that has a pentium 2 350 post so we can see if it will work. I posted what Is in the manual and read me file that came with CCE and Tmpgenc.

i tried it on a k6-2 450MHz with 128Mb RAM. No problems (well, SLOW of course :D ). Don't know about other specs. Perhaps someone at the tmpgenc-forum does.

i have a .... P2 350 with 192mb ram :-))))
i tried one month ago tmpgenc and it worked, BUT im not sure about the quality of the output.
I tried to encode a small part of a trailer and i got some jerks while reproducing it on the dvd with my DVD-player.

then i bought a new pc (amd duron 1000) and using the latest version of tmpgenc i tried to encode some pieces of ANOTHER movie and they worked perfectly.

unfortunately i havent tried to encode the same problematic trailer, so i cant assure u that the problem was because of the old pc

Just do some (SLOOOOOW) tests :-))
