PAL to NTSC

I just got a import version of Eyes Wide Shut from a friend. He asked me to copy it with Region 1 on it (cus so far, we can't watch it on our stand-alone-players). After slipping the disc in my computer, i found out that not only did I have to adjust the region, but its PAL format! My TV and players all freak out with that. So whats the easiest way to convert from NTSC to PAL?

In your post title you say you want to go from PAL to NTSC, but in the body you say you want to go from NTSC to PAL....

Anyway, sound like you DO want to go from PAL to NTSC. I am no expert, but here is how I did it:

use that pulldown program, which converts any file to any framerate...can be found in the doom9 downloads
