cce-250 or cce264 not work anymore?

Hi,all!
i have windowsXP_pro, i dont realy know what exatly happends
but cce-250 or cce264 not work anymore for me.
i have alredy tryid to reinstall this 2programm,also all registery
deleted but without success!

if i start CCE-250 and will to add AVI-file,Program says to me:
"Couldn`t find appropriate video codec for `dvsd`"

if i start CCE-264 and load AVI-file - programm freezing!

Do you use CCE standalone encoder? If your avi is DV, you need to install Microsoft compatible DV CODEC. Mainconcept DV CODEC would work.
