Here is my situation. I have a great video feed, I have a really good audio feed, when I try to put them together the process seesm to go fine, but when I open the newly encoded video file it plays the first few frames of the ivdeo then stalls, then starts again, after that it plays fine but the audio is completely out of sync.
Please note I have tried using the delay in Virtual dub with no success at all.
If you know what might be going wrong please post an answer, it's driving me up the walls.

If it helps, I am using the divx 4.12 codec, I used besweet to convert the ac3, I am running Windows 2000 professional edition, on a amd 1600+, with 256 megs of DDR ram, with a soundblaster Audigy Mp3+ audio card, the dvd drive that I am using is a 16x Pioneer dvd rom, and I am trying to put this all togther using Virtual Dub verion 1.8
