hi. i've been out of it a few months so bear with me..

Problem: i run batch encodes from a central batch file using either
smartripper(with d2v support)-->avisynth-->nandub
besweet v1.11 straight of the smartripped vobs,
mux in nandub., besweet with ota = auto
or the same but using dvd2avi instead of the smartripper version with d2v support

now i recently have the problem that my movies go off sync after a while , does this have to do with the crc-errors besweet gives? (about seven ), i know there was a topic about the crc-errors before but that one had no solution as i remember.

if i use one of the older versions (like 0.91 with no vstrip in it)
the audio is in perfect sync.. on all my rips so far!?

isn't the ota supposed to fix it so it runs in sync or am i babbeling here???

demux the ac3 stream outside BeSweet (dvd2avi), and input it to BeSweet. also set the delay to the value dvd2avi found.

well, there's a problem to that way, i know it works,but i can't use it in batch encodes, because there's (almost) no way i can input the delay found by dvd2avi into a commandline string? it would be easier to downmix to .wav and the encode commandline with lame, because if i am not mistaken dvd2avi autocorrects when downmixing to wav?

anyway i prefer besweet, because it has all the commandline goodies!:D

i don't get it though i used besweet 1.X before and it came out in perfect sync..,

guess what you're saying is that direct vob2mp3 is just not 100% correctly possible?
