i burned 2 dvd-r. (300 miles to graceland & chasing sleep)
they play fine on powerdvd.
but i have one problem on my standalone player (philips dvd-957) :
video is fine but there is no audio.
i rip dvd with smartripper (movie mode).
i correct ifo with ifoedit.
(options are :correct vob units, correct ifo tables, create new ifo's,remove p-uops)
i burn with recordnow max.
graceland had to be demux, rempeg and remux with ifoedit.
on graceland i did not remap the french track (0x81) to 0x80 (english).
so i thought that was the problem.
with chasing sleep, french audio track was 0x80 so i thought i did not have to remap it. shoud i?
i dont think this has to do with my standalone player for it plays video fine.
one thing i realise there is no audio_ts directory on my dvd-r but the original "graceland" did not have it either.
but how to add an empty audio_ts in recordnow max anyway?
if anyone has a clue, i'll be glad !
thx,
Erwan.
