vorbis stream of silence?

I tried to convert an divx-vbr-mp3-avi.-video to the ogg file format by using graphedit. I can't seem to play it back though correctly (sometimes I don't hear any sound at all and the subs don't work either). I read that I must have at least one vorbis stream to make the ogg-file work. How do I create a stream of silence?
