I have a movie in Divx3 and AC3 sound. I want to make a DVD-R from them. I know all about the steps but I need some advice. I’m using VirtualDub to make an intermediate AVI file (huffyuv). Are there any filters that you suggest or should I leave it? I don’t want to smooth anything and loose detail! Also for this (making an intermediate AVI file, extracting AC3) using VirtualDub or NanDub makes no difference right? I’m also wondering when they make a DIVX with AC3, is the audio file a clean AC3 file or is it with a WAV header or something? Thanks!
