No video on encode.

I haven't use TMPEG for a while and am triing it again, but my problem is that everything seems fine when I load the DVD2AVI project in TMPEG but when the encoding is finnished the video is black? even the preiview video is black when encoding. What am I doing wrong?

Which operating system are you using? Hardware? Irun my athlon XP 1800, abit board with win XP. I get the same problem.
I just checked the process again and find that my output-file never gets bigger than 0byte. as i said it was just a quick check whlie encoding. the file is not finished yet.
do you get it running with CCE?
