Hi,
i have installed "SurCode DTS-DVD" on pc with Windows Server 2012 R2 X64, surcode program installed correctly, but the "rainbow" NOT install return me error: says that 16-bit applications are not compatible.

How to fix this problem?

Assuming the error message does mean what it says,
then you'd better drop the ancient Surcode application and choose either the freeware dcaenc or the «official» DTS-HD Encoder Suite.

I use the dcaenc (DTS) encoder that can be found within MuldeR's LameXP or Tebasuna51's UsEac3To ;)
