Its all in the timing...!! I had just finished encoding an Avi file when checking the TMPGenc website. So I rencoded the film with the the exact same settings. It finished 20 minutes faster...2:50 -vs- 2:30. Just thought I would let you know. IT is definitely faster on My dual AMD MP1600.

There is also a new TMPGenc Plus version out....

Now, where is that interesting ling with the pre-registred versions .......
