Using Haali's dsmux to demux just the first audio stream

I am working with transport streams and eac3to seems to a decent job mostly, but I feel like dsmux may handle some transport streams better. I usually use gdsmux (gui based) to demux just the audio stream but I want to create an automated solution using the command line. I tried a lot of different ways using dsmux (the cli version of gdsmux), but was unable to demux just the audio stream alone. Does anyone know how to do that?
