It seem to me that CCE 2.50 does not work properly in Windows XP. I tried all possible way of encoding a video clip to SVCD using interlaced - upper field first checked, interlaced - upper field first not checked, progressive (ofcouse I deinterlace the video it in avs). The video look jumpy (the image jumped horizontally and sometimes up and down). I encoded the same video clip in Windows 2000 using the same CCE settings, it look greate and very smooth. The source video is home dv and also dvd
Does anyone encounter the same problem ? Could someone suggest what I can do please or forget about using Windows XP ? Thank you very much.
