wanderance

Hi,
I just encoded a 2 hour long video file with CCE. Then ran "pulldown.exe" to bring it down to 24 fps. The probelm I am facing, is when I view the video stream in WinDVD, or add it to DVDMaestro, it shows the video only being 1 hour. The problem is, when I play the video in WinDVD, the time display is slow. For for every second it counts, there is actually 2 seconds. The entire movie is there, I played it through and it lasted the full 2 hours. Any ideas how to correct this? The "non-pulled down" video also exhibits the same behaviour.
Also DVDMastro gives an error:
"Temporal References in GOP #6818 (Zero-based) are out of sequence (0xc10b000a)"
Any ideas?
