Is there any way to extract individual chapters from a Bluray rather than the entire content? If so, what programs would I need to accomplish this?
Thank you in advance for any assistance with my question.

I think you have to do it manually, by feeding eg tsMuxeR with the right times at cutting places.
BD editing is still in its infancy ...

You can do it with DVDfab HD Decrypter.

I assume you're referring to ripping all the chapters, but not anything else such as video or audio, and you're not wanting to rip just a few of the chapters instead of all of them. I'm not sure there's a way to rip just some of the chapters.
HD-DVD/Blu-Ray Stream Extractor (http://code.google.com/p/hdbrstreamextractor/) will also extract just the streams you select. It needs something like AnyDVD running in the background to do the decrypting.

Hi!
If I remember correctly, if you load the movie-specific .MPLS into tsMuxer and then click on the "Blu-ray" tab at the top of the window, you'll see all of the chapter times.
Should you desire, you can then use tsMuxer to "Split and Cut" based on specific chapter times...

Thank you all for your input. To clarify my question, yes I want to only pull specific chapters from within a movie. Basically certain scenes which I would like to edit for a project.
When working with DVDs I used DVD Decrypter which allowed me to select a chapter and then extract.
I will definitely look into the tsMuxer as an option.

Which is exactly what DVDFab does.
