Well that's the problem.. two pb in fact:

-First I tried all splitter and cutter in the net and NO ONE can cut a DivX file encode with Ogg sounds.. if anyone could give me a soft who split/cut AVI file encode with Ogg codec thanks..

-So i decoded to encode the whole divX 700 Mb and i got this problem.. I was totally unavailable to see the INFO of the file (virtualdub or any soft cannot open the file) so I decided to encode it in NTSCfilm (480*480 23.975 fps) and it appears that the encode was ok wihtout any problem.. But when i decided to read the file there were a "cut" of the video so the (video) of film started 5 secs after the original... AND the sound was good ! so they were a desnychro sound/video BECAUSE of the video started 7 secs after the original.... so weird...
I tried to reencode with a different "format" NTCS..PAL.. but same problem..
So anyone know how to see info file encoded with Ogg sounds ? and know how to reencode normally the DivX in SVCD with TMPEG wihtout any problem ? i tried other soft like LSX but he cannot read the divx file ....

Thanks for eveyone who gonna wrk and help me with this problem.

If I can find your other post, I might suggest that you de mux the audio & video. making sure that the audio is saved as a full WAV file.

If you are going to use tmpgenc to re do stuff, you can just load the 2 parts with out doing anything more. But in the setting, you can specify the RANGE(? sorry don't remember, not in front of my computer) and you can encode the 2 parts.

Now if I only read the dox and find out if I can do batch processing and have both parts done together instead of coming back in like 6-10 hours ^_^
