I can't find any thread for it now

It was moved to Thread Moderation pending correction of licensing violations and removal of cracked software.
As long as PotPlayer continues to violate the GPL and/or ships with "cracked" software, we cannot allow discussion here...

What cracked software does it include?
As for GPL violation I'm not sure. There was an argument about KMPlayer about something like this. But the licensing information is provided, and the modified sources are available. The two which I remember was problematic

Reported claim of cracked software is not correct and due to my careless reading of a post in the PotPlayer thread. I regret reporting it.
GPL violations remain. Inclusion of GPL software requires the entire containing application's software to be released, not just changes to the GPL component.

Doesn't eac3to do basically the same thing?

I don't think so.
Taking a quick peek I see that they load DLLs in compliance with LGPL, there is no embedded GPL software.

I am currently engaged in a discussion with FFMPEG people about the status of this issue and I will report back the results.

Hello
Where is the pitch control in Potplayer?
when I speed up the video then the audio gets distorted and I would like to find the automatic pitch control that compensates this, in order to hear audio faster but well.
Thanks

context menu > Playback > Speed > Low quality (It's mixed up because this is the higher quality variant.) Also need the audio processing filter enabled.

Now you guys are talking about PotPlayer and not the forum decision itself. Closing thread as you've all had your opportunity to have your say.
